Commercial EPCs

The commercial energy assessment consists of looking at the heating and cooling systems, the lighting, fabric of the building and the separate areas of the building. As a non-invasive survey, the evaluation can only be conducted on exposed areas.

Following the survey, the energy assessors will produce a report along with the energy performance certificate. The report will give some recommendations for improvements.

You will then be able to make your own judgments on which, if any, measures to take. The payback periods and the impact significance will vary.

There is no obligation to carry out any of the measures.
