The list of recommendations provided is from the current home. They are low cost, higher cost and further measures.
With each measure, there is an indicated improvement value, this can help to determine the most effective improvement and helps when choosing which measures to make.
The further measures are much more expensive; however; after the initial cost, solar panels and photovoltaic panels can return large savings in emissions and the cost of heating or electricity.
The remainder of the document is concerned with specific information on the improvements. Because they concern the surveyed property, the homeowner should look at them.
